October 8-10, 2021

The Fall Retreat is an awesome opportunity to get away from the day-to-day grind and experience a weekend filled with engaging teachings, worship, and fun together with students from WMU and other Collegiate Churches from across the state of Michigan.

Where are we going & how will I get there?

Fall Retreat will be at Fa-Ho-Lo In Grass Lake, MI

We will be joining up with other Collegiate Churches at the Fa-Ho-Lo conference grounds in Grass Lake, MI.

We will be coordinating and arranging carpools to travel there together.

Friday: Carpool from the WMU campus to Fa-Ho-Lo; aiming to arrive by 7:00pm
(We know departure times may vary so we will do our best to work around your schedules)

Saturday: All day at Fa-Ho-Lo

Sunday: Depart Fa-Ho-Lo to return back to Kalamazoo in time for church together.

5-6:45 pm Registration at FaHoLo

7-7:45 pm Time with H2O

8-9:30 pm Main Session

9:45- Time with H2O

All day at Fa-Ho-Lo

8:30-9:30 Breakfast

10-10:30 Morning Session

10:30-11:30 Time with God

11:30-12:30 Small Group Time

12:30-1:30 Lunch

1:30-5:30 Free Time (Fall Retreat Olympics and Study room are options)

5:30-6:30 Dinner

6:45-9pm Main Session

9pm Free Time


October 10

Return with others from H2O to Kalamazoo for church

8-9 am Breakfast

9am Leave to head back to campus for H2O Service

11:11am- H2O Church Service

How much does this cost?

The cost for Fall Retreat includes lodging and meals for the duration of the retreat. You will be responsible for dinner on Friday night.

Camping is also an option (see other pricing boxes below)

Registration closes October 6th at noon!

Camping Option


If this sounds awesome to you, choose the camping option on the Registration Page. Keep in mind it’ll be October and will potentially be in the 40’s overnight. Be prepared for cold weather or for rain.

There are a limited number of campsites available but NONE have electricity. Campsites hold 1 large or 2 small tents and up to 4 people per site.

You will need to bring all of your own equipment for camping as we are not equipped to provide this for you.

We know sometimes you can only come for part of the weekend, and we want to help you come for what you can.

Can I get a Scholarship?

We don’t want finances to keep you from coming so if you would like to request a scholarship, please fill out our scholarship form at  Our scholarship funds are limited, so we assign scholarships ranging up to the full cost of the retreat depending on your financial circumstances.

What do I need to bring?

Bible, notebook and pen, water bottle, sports stuff, headphones, cards, games, and whatever else you want.
